Orders
All products are determined in terms of weight, colors and technical characteristics by the respective Construction Company. The photos of the products are sample and the coloring as well as small details (eg knobs, legs, etc.) of the final product may differ, depending on the availability of the manufacturer.
The order is made by the Sales Department of the online store "decomarket", which is responsible for the distribution and shipment of products.
The buyer must be informed about the technical characteristics of the products before ordering them and has the right to ask us about them. Any information on our part concerning techniques or other information is subject to any reservation.
Delivery depends on mileage, weekends, holidays or other external factors. The transport company and the courier companies are responsible for the delivery.
Orders in which the payment has not been completed, remain pending for a reasonable period of time (3-4 days). They are then canceled.
Return products
In case you buy a product and it does not satisfy you, then changes are accepted after necessary consultation with us and within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. The shipping cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
The return of the item is accepted, only if first the buyer has paid any amount charged by our company for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
In case they are not returned within fourteen (14) days then the company may not accept any return and replacement.
Prerequisite for the return is that the product is brand
new and unused, in excellent condition, carefully and safely packaged (so as not to damage the factory packaging), in a larger box to remain intact or original packaging of the manufacturer company, in which you received it.
Changes to products are accepted within 14 working days from the day of receipt and
ONLY if their factory packaging has not been opened.

Return Policy - Right of Withdrawal
If the customer is a natural person (consumer) who prepares the sale for personal use and not for the service of his individual activity, then he is entitled to withdraw from the sale within 14 calendar days, returning the product to its original state, incurring costs. return, according to § 10 of article 4 of Law 2251/1994.

The products are returned at the customer's expens or presented by the customer himself at the headquarters of the company located at 152 Trikalon Street, 42200, Kalampaka, Trikala prefecture. In purchases worth more than 50 € which have free shipping for the customer (shipping is paid by the decomarket) in case of refund you will be charged the costs of the initial shipment.
Returns are not accepted on products where the defect is due to misuse of the consumer or violation of the instructions for use of the product.

Regarding the cribs the decomarket does not bear any LIABILITY for possible damages from incompatible use such as:- Breakage or other damage to the product or part thereof by abnormal actions (eg violent throwing, hitting, abrasion with tools or other objects, -the guardrails are not used to hang children from them)
- Damage from burning or cigarette
- Damage to the product by accident
- Retraction of surface or connection from inappropriate or unjustified use of the energy product (eg children hopping in bed)
- Use of chemical cleaners
- Surface retraction - breakage by weight greater than permissible
Shipping / Transportation
The process of product packaging & delivery to the carrier usually ranges from 1 to 3 working days. During periods of high demand and many missions (eg Christmas & Easter) as well as during periods of extreme weather (eg snowfall) these times may be extended. Therefore -as mentioned- we are released from any responsibility for damage to the products or their packaging, which is borne exclusively by the transport company. The products travel at the responsibility of the recipient. S. Shipments of products outside Greece are made under certain conditions.
